Industrial World Online Shipping Policy

At Industrial World most items are stocked locally and will be shipped within 24hrs (Monday-Friday). Orders where items are in our secondary warehouses, or large qty orders will usually be shipped within 2-3 business days.

Additionally, Industrial World is closed the following public holidays. Orders placed on these dates will be processed on the next business day.

Secondary Warehouses
Please note that if some ordered items are in local stock and others on backorder from our secondary warehouses, the order will not be shipped until the consolidated load can be sent together. You can expect a 2 to 3 day delay in shipping of your goods if product needs to come from a secondary warehouse. If the delay is abnormally long we will make contact with you.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all Australian States and Territories. At this time we do not ship to any location outside of Australia. (Some remote areas are not covered by our “Free freight” offer).

Delivery
Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address and when applicable someone is available to sign for the goods received at time of delivery. If at the time of delivery no one is available to sign for the received goods, you may have to pick up your order from the closest distribution centre (including Australia Post) or there may be a fee charged for redistribution of undelivered goods. Parcels which are returned to us at Industrial World as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch fee. Postage charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.

Free Shipping Policy

Industrial World offers Free Shipping on orders over $150, subject to the total weight of ordered items. The following table outlines the Free Shipping levels:

Note:

  • If you choose Free Shipping, our system is set to select the cheapest available option to ship your order. Typical delivery times for Free Shipping are between 3 - 7 days, however this may be longer for remote areas.
  • You will always have the choice to pay for a premium shipping option if you would like your items delivered sooner.
